Clinical Staff Handbook

A Little Bit About Us

ALLiANCE was founded in 2004 and began as a medical staffing agency specializing in Radiology — it's what we knew and loved. Radiology still holds a special place in our heart, but over time we've expanded into a full-service medical staffing agency serving Nursing, Rehab, and Allied Health.

Through that growth, we've maintained our personal touch. Many of our team members have 10+ years of industry experience, and some have been with ALLiANCE since the beginning. Relationship-centered, genuinely caring, and always available describe the people you'll work with here.

We are excited to work with you. Your commitment, attitude, talent, and hard work make ALLiANCE Medical Staffing the great company it is.
